In a move to further underline The Duck House as the popular haunt of Corbridge, ambitious Director Jack Lapping has appointed the exceptional Ray Hunter as the new Head Chef. Hunter brings a superb wealth of knowledge and vast experience to the Duck House and has big plans for the site. Hunter is known for his confident and experimental style of cooking and describes his cuisine as ‘Progressive British Food with modern cooking techniques’
